GO BEYOND LIMITS
There is a recipe for becoming an unlimited individual in the Tao Te Ching, as follows:
Only with conservation is it called submitting early
Submitting early is called emphasis on accumulating virtue
Accumulating virtue means there is nothing one cannot overcome
When there is nothing that one cannot overcome
One’s limits are unknown
Having unknown limits is another way to describe being unlimited, or going beyond conventional limitations. Getting to that level starts with conservation, which is all about valuing your time and energy and using them wisely, in the most efficient way possible.
This leads to the concept of “submitting early,” which means going with the flow of the Tao as soon as possible. This is crucial, because only when you are moving in alignment with the Tao can you start accumulating the virtue of inherent power. This is the power inherent in you to surpass your previous limits, and when you have enough of it, there will be no stopping you.
The Tao Today
Remember the three elements of conservation, submitting early and accumulating virtue. They are the three stages counting down to the day when you realize your full potential.
